Clicking on Deny and checking the Remember and don't ask again option will opt you out of this feature and you won't receive this prompt again when trying to insert photos from your mobile device. You can change this by going to Settings on your mobile device and opting into this feature.

You can link your mobile device to your computer over mobile networks when Wi-Fi is not available. This will allow you to insert your photos into Office applications. Please note standard data and roaming rates will apply.
